Week one was focused mainly on the bound. The plan for the session was to start with stationary drills, just getting Sophie to GLIDE over a flat cone. This worked well, so we progressed onto a walk through, then a jog through, and finishing with a run through. We spent about 10 minutes on each. I recorder her progress as we went. There was a noticeable improvement from the start to the finish of the session. This will be repeated in future sessions and we agreed that she should work on these drills in her own time, between sessions.
